Description: This project aims to develop a customer application to be used by Fairpoint Communications to manage its customer information across its three operating regions in US - Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.Fair point is a telecommunications provider with 31 local exchange companies in 18 states, serving the unique needs of customers in rural and small urban markets. FairPoint provides an array of services, including local and long-distance voice, data, Internet and broadband. Fairpoint will use this application to handle customers data. Customers will have an enterprise application wherein they will be able to login and see their billing details. The Customer Service Representatives will use an application to handle requests raised by the Customers who call up the Contact center for product inquiries etc. and are termed as Residential customers.

- Done Scripting on Applets and BC for data validation
